The Ziakis Studios is within walking distance from the centre of Pefkos where all the main bars and restaurants are located. This is about 15 to 20 minutes walk down hill. There's Kavos Beach about half a mile away , but 20 minutes walk away is the beautiful Liminaki Beach with a long expanse of golden sand.
Ziakis is probably the highest accommodation in Pefkos, and whilst the hill is hard work to walk up, the views more than make up for this.
Many people return to Ziakis as they love the basic but modern and very clean accommodation, and the terrific views. The owners and staff are very friendly, so in all Ziakis scores very highly in the review sites. Although many people have commented that the hill is no big deal, we mention it here because it would be difficult for some.
The Ziakis Studios are adult only, with a minimum age of 16.
Like most accommodation in Pefkos, air conditioning is available, but you have to pay the hotel for this. It's not included in the package price.
There are a couple of restaurants and tavernas fairly that have such good reputations that people staying in the centre of Pefkos will walk here for their evening meal, to enjoy the high standard of food, but also the fantastic Pefkos sunset views.
