Tsatziki Tzatziki is yoghurt, cucumber and mint blended and traditionally served as an appetizer which can be left on the table as an accompaniment to foods throughout the meal.
Kleftiko
Kleftiko is lamb cooked in a traditional Greek style in a Cley oven. Each Pefkos restaurant serves Kleftiko in a slightly different style. Some some lamb pieces in foil, some serve Kleftiko as a large leg of lamb joint. If you like an English lamb joint, you'll absolutely love Kleftiko.
Stifado
Stifado is a tasty braised beef stew with baby onions. Typically, the pieces if braised beef are fairly large and cooked to perfection.
Dolmades
Dolmades are stuffed vine leaves. They are stuffed with a mix of rice and mince delicately flavoured with Greek herbs.
Gemistes
Gemistes are stuffed peppers and stuffed tomatoes. They are stuffed with a fragrant herby mix of minced beef and rice.
